The Chill Factor is a 12-week, live guided meditation program designed to help you actually stick to your practice, stay accountable, and make mindfulness a natural part of your life. Whether you're brand new to meditation, on-again-off-again, or already practicing and craving community, this program is for you.

📅 When: Wednesdays at 11 AM EST
Length: 45-minute sessions
📍 Where: Virtual – come as you are! (Yoga pants, coffee, messy bun? All welcome.)
📼 Miss a session? No worries – you’ll get access to all recordings.

Each week, we’ll:
Check in – Quick reflection to ground ourselves
Set an intention – Anchor your practice for the week ahead
Meditate together – Guided session to rewire your brain and calm your nervous system
Mindfulness challenge – A small, powerful shift to integrate into daily life
