Come slow down with us & connect to Mother Nature. Explore the snowy mountains of Utah on snowshoe; with clear skies, empty forests, and an exploration of the senses while reconnecting with what is wild, beautiful, and matters most for you.

Studies have shown that a 40-minute forest dip lowers cortisol, the human “flight and fight” hormone. And scientists believe trees release organic phytochemical compounds which when picked up by humans relieve stress, improve immunity function and could possibly turn that frown upside down. We really do need to hug trees!

    Join us for this stunning mini-retreat filled with mindful outdoor adventure, restorative yoga, nourishing food made with love that will re-connect you to yourself. An experience that will stretch body, mind and spirit to cultivate wellness in the new year.

Our mini-retreat begins with a women’s connection circle at Vitalize Community & Healing Arts Studio. Then we take to the trails for a guided mindful snowshoe excursion, letting go of the mental chatter and dropping into our physical body and heart space to allow for shifts, changes, or manifestations in our lives.
We will take some time for a guided meditation and visualization with Anne before heading back to the studio. At the studio we will move into a restorative yoga flow with Genevieve Bryan and enjoy nourishing foods prepared with love.
