Mindful Hike + Meditation + Yoga Flow + Light Lunch + Self Exploration
This is a day filled with mindful, outdoor adventure that will re-connect you to yourself and the other women in the group. An experience that will stretch body, mind and spirit.
One part girls’ trip, part inner journey, part wilderness adventure and all soul.
Our mini-retreat begins with a connection circle at Vitalize Community & Healing Arts Studio. Then we take to the trails for a guided mindful hike, letting go of the mental chatter and dropping into our physical body and heart space to allow for shifts, changes, or manifestations in our lives. We will take some time for a guided meditation and visualization with Anne before heading back to the studio. At the studio we will move into a restorative yoga flow with Genevieve Bryan and enjoy a light lunch and some self exploration coaching practices.
