There’s no better way to get some R&R than a night in with a bubble bath, a glass of vino, and a DIY face mask!  I whipped up some all-natural masks made with edible (and MHW REVIVIFY Nutrition Plan approved!) ingredients. These formulas will brighten, protect, and soothe your gorgeous face. Hello, soft, dewy, glowing skin!

To Soothe Sensitive Skin Try…

Oat & Honey Mask - At home oat and honey mask.jpg

Oat & Honey Mask

Oats have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powers to moisturize and heal skin. They work on sunburn, eczema, itchy skin, and more.

  • 1/2 cup organic whole milk yogurt
  • 1/3 cup organic oat flour (or oats ground to oat flour)
  • 2 tsp. organic honey

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Apply just enough to completely cover your face except your nose and mouth and let sit for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.


To Moisturize Dry Skin Try…

Avocado Mask

The natural oils in avocado help hydrate your face and banish dry, flaky patches. Plus, research shows that the fruit’s lutein and zeaxanthin may protect against UV damage.

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Apply to your face and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.


To Brighten Dull Skin Try…

Tropical Banana Mask

Bananas will give you a super a-peel-ing glow thanks to their vitamin A and C content!

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Apply to your face and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and m

Spirulina Mask

The green algae is packed with antioxidants, which can reduce the appearance of fine lines. Bonus: spirulina may also eliminate bacteria that leads to breakouts.

  • 1/2 tsp. spirulina powder
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1. In a bowl, whisk together the spirulina powder and banana. Add the lemon juice.

2. Apply to your face and let sit for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcl


To Protect Against Sun Damage Try…

Pumpkin Facial Mask

You know we love pumpkin everything, and it has some serious skin perks. Its carotenoids help protect against and even reverse UV damage. Plus, pumpkin’s zinc may fight acne. Buh-bye, breakouts!

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. honey

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Apply to your face and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.
