I whipped up some all-natural masks made with edible (and MHW REVIVIFY Nutrition Plan approved!) ingredients. These formulas will brighten, protect, and soothe your gorgeous face. To Soothe Sensitive Skin Try…
Oats have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powers to moisturize and heal skin. They work on sunburn, eczema, itchy skin, and more.
- 1/2 cup organic whole milk yogurt
- 1/3 cup organic oat flour (or oats ground to oat flour)
- 2 tsp. organic honey
1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
2. Apply just enough to completely cover your face except your nose and mouth and let sit for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and a washcloth.
To Moisturize Dry Skin Try…
The natural oils in avocado help hydrate your face and banish dry, flaky patches. Plus, research shows that the fruit’s lutein and zeaxanthin may protect against UV damage.
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. plain yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
