Salad Dressings That Burn Fat!
Summer is the perfect time to eat a refreshing salad, but I want to make sure you are not taking in as many calories and fat in your dressing as a six-piece chicken nugget meal!
Sure salads are healthy, but some dressings can add up to 400 or more calories. I am going to assume that’s not why you are reaching for your greens!! If you like to dress your salads, I put together these low calorie recipes, packed with flavor, so you can lose up to two pounds of fat a month this summer! That is… if you are a ‘creamy ranch junkie’ or can’t get away from your oil based house dressings.
*Each recipe makes 4-6 serving; making these dressings less than 130 calories!
