My 5-step coaching system is an action-based approach that addresses the
whole person: mind, body, soul, and relationships. We use spirituality and science to offer a holistic approach to wellness. In our weekly coaching session, we’ll use knowledge from fields like neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, meditation, and strength-based performance. This unique coaching system merges East and West, spirituality and science, using tried + true tools from ancient spiritual practices and modern science.
I’ll guide you towards a lifestyle that effortlessly nurtures your overall well-being, fosters creativity and connection, and empowers you to align your life with your dreams and spiritual potential.
Every week, we’re going to add and subtract from your life, as you become the Marie Kondo of your wellness. Cleaning out your physical and mental cupboards, keeping only what’s truly essential + effective, as we master + dial in each of the core pillars of BLOOM.
This transformative experience will empower you to plant the seeds of change, cultivate nourishing wellness routines, and ultimately harvest an abundance of self-assurance and happiness as you purposefully forge your own unique path.
Bloom - We will look at your mind (Module 1: beliefs, thoughts, emotions), your body (Module 2: nutrition, movement, rest, self-care & self-compassion), and your soul (Module 3: passions, strengths, purpose), i.e. embracing your being as a whole!

What to Expect:
+ This is a small, intimate group coaching program in partnership with Barre3 that will take you beneath the surface of your struggles and get to the heart of what will truly allow YOU to BLOOM.
+ Each week on Thursday evenings there will be an in-person coaching session. We will pair concepts specifically geared to help you rebuild a foundation of trust within yourself alongside tailored coaching for each member of the group.
+ While there is a general outline to how content will be structured, how the program unfolds will be tailored entirely to the group’s needs.
+ You will also get access to a private group coaching space that allows you to get in-the-moment coaching and support every single day of the program.

Group sessions. 8 core group coaching sessions that are 75 min. in which we will go through the weekly assignments and support & hold each other accountable on our transformational journeys. All sessions will be recorded and stored in the MHW private membership site.
