Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

I am SO obsessed with this recipe that I just had to share it with you! These Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats are the perfect option for your breakfast or early snack. They pack lots of protein, thanks to the peanut butter, chia seeds, and the optional added protein powder, so you’ll be building lean muscle and feeling satisfied all morning. Plus, they’re super simple to meal prep and grab on the go. Oh, and they taste ahhh-maze! Can't go wrong with peanut butter!! Right?!

SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats 
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter 
  • 4 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 small scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 banana sliced

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1: Combine everything in a bowl.

STEP 2: Split mixture into two mason jars. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
